Q: Will there be water on the course?

A:  There will be a refill hydration station at the midway point of both courses which will provide an opportunity to access it once on the 5K course and twice on the 10K course.  CUPLESS EVENT.  Must provide your own container/handheld/camelbak.

Q: I will not be able to run in the event, can I give my bib to someone else?

A: You can TRANSFER your bib to anyone you wish.  Please let us know at packet pick-up or PRIOR to race start.  We will need the new runners's name and date of birth in order to insure that age group finish times are accurate.

Q: Can I bump up to the 10K or down to the 5K run?

A:  Yes, please let us know at packet pick-up or prior to the race of your change to a different course option.  It is important that you run the course you are registered to run in order to assure correct finish times.   Runners signed up for the 10K and running "short" without transferring will be disqualified and not receive a finisher medal.

Q:  Do I get a shirt for participating in the event?

A:  Only runners who purchased a shirt during registration will receive a shirt. Also, if you are receiving a shirt, you cannot exchange sizes.

Q:  If I am injured, is it still okay to run this event?

A:  This trail courses at this event run on trails that are highly uneven, grassy, rocky and with many turns, inclines and downhill areas.  If you are currently injured and experiencing issues with your ankles, knees, hips, back and/or feet it may not be suitable for you to participate in this event.

Q:  I am registered for the event but will not make it on race day.  Can I just pickup my medal at packet pick-up?

A:  To receive a FINISHER MEDAL you MUST FINISH the race.  All finisher medals are only distributed at the finish line and provided to finishing runners with a valid race bib.
